I have tried this twice and Logos 7 crashed both time and would not restart until I restarted my computer. Has anyone else had this issue. It worked fine for me in Logos 6.
Please provide more details to allow others to try replicating: Morph Search ? LXX Resource(s) ? Operating System ? Logos 7 Version ?
Logos 7.4 RC 2 on Window 10 search of LXXi for imperatives could be graphed:

I am running Windows 10, and my Logos version is 7.3.0.0062 (7.3 SR-3)
I did a morph search of ἁγαπη on UBS4 and graphed it. I then modified the search panel to search the morphologically tagged Septuaginta (Rahlfs). The search worked as I expected it to. When I tred to graph the results of that search Logos closed down and would not restart until I restarted my computer. I also tried the SESB LXX and that worked fine, so the issue seems to be with the Rahlfs Septuaginta
I had no problem with graphing Logos LXX (Rahlfs) in v7.4 which will be released next week.
