Where are the Email Lists?
If I click on Emails in Logos Profile I come to this Side. Most of the Email Lists are Disapeared

We've simplified our email preferences to make a more streamlined experience for our customers. We hope it makes it easier to choose what brands you want to hear from and what you want to hear!
There are some lists that are nested, so if you click the checkbox beside "Faithlife Ministry Platform", you'll see additional lists. We’ve done our best to match your previous preferences to the new system, but you may still want to make some changes.

Sascha, I'm sorry, I don't understand your first question.
For your second question, I think you're asking about the link "Click here to manage notifications from faithlife.com".
That link is supposed to take you to: https://faithlife.com/account/edit/notifications
I'll get that fixed as soon as possible, sorry for the confusion!

The Firs was for the Personal Offer Mails I could supscribe and can't find it anymore. But since it is in my Homepage in Logos I'm shure get my Birthday Present further :-)

Yes, the previous "Personalized Offers" list is now the "Logos" list, so as long as you're signed up for Logos emails, you will get your Birthday coupon!

I used to receive several promotional emails every month but since february this has stopped. I checked with a family member who also uses Logos and she also stopped receiving personal offers (including birthday credit) after january 2017 even though the email preferences appear to have migrated correctly. BTW I did receive a birthday credit voucher, but only after emailing to customer service.
I still receive Faithlife community emails and blog updates, but I would like to get back on the promotional mailing lists. Does anyone know what I can do about this?

Last monday I was surprised to find a promotional email from Logos in my mailbox. After a pause of almost 17 months it seems that everything is back to normal. I am also daily receiving the Verse of the Day emails.
