Its working fine for me - which browser are you using and on which platform?

Bill:
I use Chrome on Windows 7 and I have to disable the experimental resource display currently to see resources. Otherwise I just see the circle spinners (but I can open my documents). Click on your account picture in the [Edit] upper-left right and choose Disable experimental resource display, if it is currently enabled and see if that works.
I have in the past been able to use this on Chrome, but not recently, probably due to the mercurial Chrome developers just doing what they want, no matter what.

Interesting - it's working fine for me using Chrome on Windows 10 with experimental resource display enabled.

The problem should be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks - it is working now.
It was working great yesterday. Any insight into the issue?
It obviously wasn't the browser - I tried Chrome, IE, and Firefox and with Experimental Display on and off, and after logging in and out and in several times...

I just subscribed to the free month of Logos Cloud just to try the web app.
I have the same problem that Robert had - must disable experimental resource display or all I ever see is the spinner.
I was able to get it working in Edge with experimental display enabled.
But the whole reason I wanted to try it was to copy and paste things when I am at work, but that simple task doesn't work well at all. Copy works, but it doesn't include the reference, and it includes all of the cross references and footnote tags in the text of the copy like this:
18 And immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and fhe regained his sight. Then ghe rose and was baptized; 19 and htaking food, he was strengthened.
Saul Proclaims Jesus in Synagogues
For isome days he was with the disciples at Damascus. 20 And immediately he proclaimed Jesus in the synagogues, saying, j“He is the Son of God.” 21 And all who heard him were amazed and said, “Is not this the man who kmade havoc lin Jerusalem of those who called upon this name? And has he not come here for this purpose, to bring them bound before the chief priests?” 22 But Saul mincreased all the more in strength, and nconfounded the Jews who lived in Damascus by proving othat Jesus was the Christ.
Saul Escapes from Damascus
23 pWhen many days had passed, the Jews1 plotted to kill him, 24 but their qplot became known to Saul. rThey were watching the gates day and night in order to kill him, 25 but his disciples took him by night and slet him down through an opening in the wall,2 lowering him in a basket.Basically, it does a raw, unformatted copy of everything selected, which is pretty useless to me. I'll continue to use the ESV online app instead.

So, apparently, to get the experimental display working in Chrome, you must enable the "hardware acceleration" option.
But copy still is pretty useless to me. Any chance that a proper copy (like teh desktop app) will be implemented?

The potential of the web app was one of the reasons that I subscribed to Logos Now. While I've found Now worthwhile to continue for many reasons, I've been very disappointed with the web app. I gave up on it several months ago as being far too frustrating and unreliable to even attempt to do anything with it.

I would absolutely love a web app that copied and pasted bible text with formatting options. I honestly wonder why virtually no "web app" bibles do this well - the ESV Online is the best by far - it actually works pretty well.
But it is ESV, if I want to copy and paste alternate translations, I need to copy everything selected as plain text and then edit the pasted text to add the reference and delete the cross references.
