How do I search in the bible text in Logos 7?
So how do you do a search within a text of scripture?
If I do a search for a term say like “Jesus” in the ESV
Here is what I get:
Jesus Man super natural being
Jesus’ Brother man
Jesus Ben Sirah man, author, and biblical book.
I will not bore you with all the others excerpt to note I get the figurative jesus then the jesus in Greek script
Do you know how many passages with the term “Jesus” come up?
Zero
And I am pretty sure there are a few in the bible-maybe not in the Old Testament-but still quite a few.
So how do I do this?

Sounds like he is seeing the search suggestions auto-populate and isn't getting as far as running the search.
Click on, "Jesus supernatural being" and hit enter.

Normally, you use Bible Search.

If you click that suggestion ---> <Person Jesus>, then run the search (e.g. hit Enter) and get zero results in ESV it is possible that you only have the Logos 7 Basic Library. What happens if you just run a search on Jesus?
What is the latest base package that you own e.g. Logos 6 Bronze?

I usually go a bit beyond that I normally go for the highest package available whatever their naming it these days-Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Portfolio, or something or another. Nothing really happens-just nothing comes up. Initially on another computer that has since died I was upgraded from super six(my name) to seven and on this one (a newer computer) I just downloaded using a Reformed Portfolio Package I purchased to download assuming it downloaded everything else I purchased along the way-afore mentioned package and full feature set and then Logos 7 Collector's Edition Library.
