Sermon Editor Bug

Every time I've tried to fill out the sermon info section in the Sermon Editor today I get an error message saying that Logos has stopped working. I've had to close it about 5 times already. Don't seem to have any problem putting text in the main box though.

    Hey John! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Would you be able to provide us with some diagnostic logs on this? You can find information about posting them for both Mac and PC. Once we have those, we can take a closer look.

    Not to be difficult but I've tried following those directions and I'd rather break down Hebrew sentences thanks.

    Bottom line is that I can fill in every other box in the Sermon Editor but if I put in a date or venue the error message pops up and shuts down my Logos. I've been using the Sermon Editor for months now and it just started doing this since the latest update. Would seem issue isn't in my computer.

    Unfortunately without logs it's hard for us to pinpoint a crash like this as it's not occurring on our end. If you'd prefer, you can reach out to us over the phone at 1-800-875-6467 and one of our technicians can assist you with getting logs.
