I don't know why it is missing. And even when I log on and download the file for this book only, it doesn't work either.
Please help!
Check in this folder: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\<random>\ResourceManager\Resources for tdnt.logos4, is it there? (The AppData folder is hidden, so you will need to enable viewing of hidden files to find it).
If Not:Type "update resources" in the command bar in Logos (no quotes) and let it run (this could take 15 minutes) If it starts to download something restart Logos when it tells you to.
If Yes:Delete the contents of this folder: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\<random>\LibraryCatalog and start Logos. If this doesn't work, delete tdnt.logos4 and restart Logos and run "update resources"
Kevin, I think you meant delete tdnt.logos4 only , not the whole contents of the folder. he wont want to do a 8gb download (again)
