Resource Panel Display Error

When I click on the panel menu for the resource on the left side of the screen it cuts off the majority of the view and I am unable to move it. When I click on the panel menu for the resource on the right it appears but it too seems to be different. I do not remember that they were formatted this way previously. I am working on a two monitor set up but I am only using the app in one monitor.
Does this have something to do with my setup?

Did I catch you while you were doing an update? I see that that the "aA" has now been replaced with with the following.
Either way it is working as expected now.
