Copy Bible Verses
Recently I've lost two features with the copy Bible verse tool:
- Highlighted passages in a Bible or book no longer show up automatically in Copy Bible Verses (did I accidentally turn this off?)
- The Copy and Paste button is now greyed out. I no longer have that ability.
I use these features regularly when writing weekly sermons and really miss both of them. I still get the work done, but it takes more steps. It's a first-world problem ;-) but it's hard to miss things you've gotten used to.
I'm running the 7.5.0.0031 version of Logos 7

This should work if you have the CBV tool set to "Follow"

I think I remember a problem of this nature being reported on Mac. Are you running on Mac or Windows?

Thanks hitting "follow" fixed the first problem, but not the copy and paste problem.

Ha! As I tried to figure out a screen shot, I realized that I had "Copy Fully Formatted from NIV to WordPerfect." The problem was selecting the wrong word processor. I don't have WordPerfect. Like so often, it was human error, not computer issues.

I have no idea how this came up on my screen but I could use some help. I am in volunteer prison ministry trained through Prison Fellowship Int'l. However, I am trying to bring up Scripture verses to encourage my son who is not familiar with reading the Bible. He will however read verses I send him. I want to look up verses to copy and paste on an email to him. But i have not been able to do that. As you said it use to be so easy to do that. If you have any info. I would be most grateful. MW

Thanks from the year 2021. This feature has been working for years until a recent Logos update. Your "fix" is just what I needed.
