How can I copy all my highlights from a book?

From the forums I see that there are some older posts about this here, here, and here. I was wondering if there was a way to be able to do it yet?

If not, one idea would be to add an option similar to the "Bible Text Only" in the Visual filter menu.

That would make it simple to quickly copy and paste somewhere like a notes file which would be much more simple to use than the Quotes view now.

I can think of a lot of uses for this.

A similar proposal was put forward in 2010 when Highlights were not accessible via Note files. Some workarounds are available for your request:

don't mix notes/annotations with highlighting, then you can select only the highlighting files via Visual filters.
practically, you would have to copy highlighting or annotations (whichever is the least) to another file.
Use Inline search to display all highlighting via the query {Highlight *}

Use {Highlight style} to display specific styles

Thanks, the {Highlight *} syntax works pretty well. I was looking for a syntax like that. I also had tried just a wildcard search of the highlights, and that was extremely slow, but this seems fast. Thanks again!
