Missing Carson Books

While contemplating purchase of "D.A. Carson Treasury" 30 Vols. I notice several books that show up as "new to you", but also show as included in Logos 7 bundles that I own. The books, in fact were missing from my library. Is this a mistake that can be corrected or how can I get these books downloaded, as I believe this will reduce the price of the D.A. Carson Treasury for me.

Hermeneutics, Authority, and Canon $36.99

Divine Sovereignty and Human Responsibility: Biblical Perspectives in Tension $24.99

If you have books missing from your library try the command "update resources"

That will check what you have downloaded against what you have licensed and download any that are missing.

But from what you say it sounds as though there might be a licensing issue - in which case you would need to contact Customer Services.

The other possibility is that Faithlife changed some bundle contents since you purchased them.

Try what Graham said, then call Customer Service if they are still missing.

Yep, they should be there! Just update the program or restart your machine and start the program again. For mobile devices do the "rebuild index" command from the home page on the mobile app restart phone tablet and start app again. It should fix it 👍 It's happened to me a lot before.

The books you mention I think came from a different publisher, so that might affect how they figure in your pricing. Just a guess.

The resources mentioned are included in the Carson's MM2017 Treasury Collection.
