Making a selection with NASB95 as Default Bible - all passages are in English except references to Ecclesiastes which is in Greek.

Although I haven't investigated to confirm, I'm guessing that this is caused by the same underlying problem that displays Greek text (instead of English) in other interactives: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/134691.aspx http://community.logos.com/forums/t/134692.aspx

We have a case in our system for that problem; when it's fixed, all interactives that display Bible text should be improved.

You don't. You attach a screen shot in the same manner you attached the word document. The screen shot needs to be in a supported format. I typically use either .jpg or .png. If you don't have a good method to get a screen shot, try JING.
