Unable to install Logos 7 Basic for MAC

Have got Logos 5 Scholars edition and have attempted to upgrade to the Logos 7 BASIC FOR Mac

But each time it has installed and tried to logs in - it crashes when logging in

I attach the crash report

Any advice greatly appreciated
