DIY Bible Study issues including links to Faithlife Study Bible errors

Good Morning,

I am working my way through the DIY Bible Study material using the web app.  There are a couple of issues that make this a bit painful.

  1. You have to open up the text and the videos as separate resources.  It appears you can click on the video in the text resource, and the mouse even converts to the finger pointing icon but as much as I click it doesn't do anything.  I have to match the picture in the text resource to the pictures in the video resource.
  1. One of the features of this material is that you can click on links for specific articles to open on things you just read in the Faithlife Study Bible, and another feature of the study is the "Continue Reading...." option that opens up the full articles in the Faithlife Study Bible.  However, no matter what I click it just opens the Faithlife Study Bible to the last page I was on.

These issues make the resource very difficult to navigate and I wasn't sure if there was anything that could be done to improve this experience.

Thanks for all your hard work.

Thanks for the well detailed feedback. I'm able to reproduce the problem and will work on a fix.

    Hi Doug,

We've shipped a fix for these issues.

Clicking on a video image in the resource should now open the appropriate video resource in a different panel.

Clicking on the links you've pointed out should now open to the expected place.

If this is not the case please let us know.

    Thanks again for the feedback.

You guys are the best!  It works perfectly now and is a much better experience.  Thank you for your timeliness in this fix.

As a side note until I am able to purchase a new laptop for the full logos experience (current is old, slow, and heavy) I am mostly using the web app for my bible study.  This means I will be a heavy user of the web app and you can count on my continued feedback.
