Creating Sermon Documents
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but here goes - On my MacBook I can create a new sermon document in the web app but I can't create a new sermon in the web app using my iPad Pro. All it does is say that it is loading but nothing ever comes up.
Could this be due to limitations from the iPad or possibly a setting that I need to change?
Thanks for any help that you can give.

This sounds like a bug. Thanks for letting us know.

I found the problem. We have it set up so mobile browsers disable editing sermons by default, but that doesn't make sense when you're creating a new sermon! Until we ship the fix you should be able to work around the problem by choosing the "Request desktop site" option in your browser's menu.
It seems that every time you open an existing sermon in a mobile browser you will need to choose "Enable Editing" from the hamburger menu (the toolbar button of three stacked lines) before you can make changes.

Thank you for looking into this. I have logged in on my iPad and tried to create a sermon to test it but I do not see the option to choose "request desktop site." BTW, I am using safari. Would another browser be better?
I knew about the ability to edit sermons already created and I'm thankful for that option, but to be able to create a sermon on my iPad would greatly enhance the web app for me...

I will use that for now...again thank you for you help.

On windows 10 using firefox, I can click the button that says, start new sermon, and then I cannot do anything. All I get is the big arrow spinning.
What other information do you need to help me figure out what is going on?

Is this what you're seeing?
I can't interact with the panel because the sync icon is covering everything, and when I click it just activates sync. I opened a case for this issue. In the meantime you can use another browser. Chrome doesn't have the problem. I just checked Edge and it isn't as bad, but still has a large and misplaced sync icon.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for letting us know.0 -
That's what I am seeing.
