Bug: Issues with preview pane information

I notice that I still have an issue with the preview pane.  A majority of the time it will open the correct link once clicked on but there are times (notably in the Faithlife Study Bible) that the link doesn't work or takes me to the wrong area of the resource (similar to my error report from before).  The most common error I am finding is when using the preview pane for a scripture reference.  The link did take me to the correct area in my bible but the pane is referencing something else.  This doesn't happen all the time.  For instance in the selected area of the ISBE Rev 13:12, Ezk 22:29, Act 24:16, 1 Tim 4:7, He 5:14; 12:11, 2 Peter 2:14, Eccl 1:13; 3:10, Mat 20:25; 10:42, Lk 22:25, 1 Tim 4:8, 2 Peter 5:2 it shows either what appears to be commentary (like my example directly below) about that reference or just a section heading (i.e. see below 1 Tim 4:8).  I haven't done a full review but it appears to be affecting the traditional canonical books and not any references from the apocrypha

I have another example from the FSB.  When I hover over the "note" or "1:4" options it displays the following:

Additionally, if I click on either link it takes me to the scripture reference of 1 Tim 1:4 and I am never shown the note.

    Hey Doug,

Thanks for the bug report. We're investigating the problem and will try to work out the solution. I believe as a temporary fix, if you go to the home page and on the "Open Your Bible" card change it to some other bible and then change it back to your preferred bible, the bible reference links in your commentary should start resolving to that preferred bible. It may take a bit (5 minutes or so) as there are likely various servers that have cached what resource some of the references should be resolved to.

    Thanks,

    -Seth

Doug, what is your preferred Bible set at? Did you prioritise different Bibles for different parts of the Scriptures? I ask because I notice that your examples show ranges rather and these look like what may be found in a commentary. So I wonder whether your preferred Bible is set to a Study Bible for instance.

My preferred bible is set to LEB in the web app.  On the desktop version I have also previously set all my priorities for Bible, Commentary, Study Bible, Encyclopedia, and Lexicon

Thanks Seth.  I went to the homepage and switch to a different bible and then switched back to my preferred bible. The preview pane is now acting as expected.  Thanks for the quick fix.
