I'd like to conduct a search for all and any references attributed to Isaiah found within the Gospels - does anyone know how to do this in Logos - or is it even possible?

You can use the "Intertext" Label as shown below (see Helpfile for details)
This makes use of the data underlying the "New Testament Use of the Old Testament Interactive" which provides a good way to explore this

Thank you Graham - that's exactly what I need, but unfortunately my Logos platform isn't proficient enough to include that particular interactive and it doesn't appear that you can purchase it separately. So I'm snookered! But thanks for trying.

If you look at the right hand side of the product page, you will discover the different means to acquire it. The best means, imo, is through a "Logos Now" membership.
