Desiree, I've never seen this error before. It says that a critical process is being used already and cannot be accessed.
If you haven't done so, the first thing I'd try is a system reboot to see if that clears things up. If Logos crashes again, upload new Logos files.
Thank you, Mark. I tried a system reboot again (I had done it before I reported the error) and that seems to have resolved the problem, at least for the time being. Your prompt assistance is very much appreciated.
