My MacBook 10.12.4 shows no updates available - so don't have 10.12.5. Home Page is fine though.
My iMac 10.12.6 (beta) also has no problems with the Home Page.
I bet your's loads quickly though?

FWIW - I just updated macOS and am running the same versions as you... without issues. Which means we have to keep searching for an answer. [:)]
