Installing Logos

I am trying to install Logos on a new MacBook Air and I have installed this program on many computers but this is the first time that I can remember having difficulty.

I go to my orders screen and find a base package that I have purchased and tell it to install for the MAC version, it downloads and puts a picture of a disk in the upper right hand corner of the screen. It goes through the "verifying Logs" screen and then brings up a screen that has the Logos 7 icon on the right side with an arrow pointing to the right with an icon of the applications folder. When I double click on the Logos 7 icon, the Logos icon is bouncing on the task bar at the bottom and then it tells me that it is trying to open a program from the web. When I say open, it tells me that the disk has rejected the program.

I do not ever remember having this kind of trouble installing Logos and this is not my first Mac.

Is there a link that I can go to that is easier or better to use to load the software?

I seem to be doing everything that the file say to do, but it will not load the software.

At that point, you need to drag the application over to the applications folder, to install it on your MacBook.

Trying to run the application directly from the installer won't work, as Logos hasn't been installed on your MacBook yet, and won't be able to find its resources.

Thank you, that worked. I do not remember having to do it that way on my other MacBook, but I guess I did and just do not remember. Thanks for the assistance.
