I am not sure I understand your post. You seem to be asking how to "unsubscribe" (stop getting emails when people respond) from a thread. Is that right? If so, the first step is to go to the thread in which you subscribed. If you don't know which one, follow the link in the email. Once there, look in the upper right corner for the unsubscribe button ("stop emailing replies to me").

I think that Fred is responding to my statement on the Logos 7 forum. Fred had posted a thread asking about "tense, voice, and mood", but he included his normal email address in hist first post. I posted that he really shouldn't be providing his email address without "mangling" it so that mechanical scanners can't harvest it. After my post, he has started this thread in the General forum.
Perhaps someone could get an admin to scrub his email from the original post?!
