Issue when trying to find a sermon recording in Proclaim.

Back in the beginning of May we hosted a women's conference at our church both on Friday night and Saturday all day. The Saturday portion I was able to come back to and download the raw audio but when trying to download the Friday night session recording the error "unable to retrieve audio, was the audio recorded on this device?" It was recorded on the actual device. Is there a way this audio can be found? I've started downloading the raw audio immediately after each sermon so this issue doesn't continue to happen but if there is a way to retrieve this particular recording I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank y'all for such a great software that is easy to collaborate with and teach volunteers. Keep up the good work and God bless.

When Proclaim goes off air your recording starts uploading to the cloud in the background. It sounds like that upload never completed. Do you remember cancelling the upload? It should retry each time Proclaim is restarted.

Assuming the recording uploads successfully it will be saved with the presentation and accessible from any machine.

Is there a way this audio can be found?

You should still be able to find the raw audio in the recordings directory. This article describes how to find that directory on your system.
