If I own Preaching the Word, do I really need this other set which is basically another series of expository sermons on books of the Bible?
Thanks!
DAL
I would say the Reformed Expository Commentaries are more substantial. If I were to chose one over the other I would chose the Reformed Expository Commentaries - I appreciate you seem to already have Preaching the Word.

Thanks for your input! I'll check out the volume on Ephesians I have to see how it fairs with the PW. My dynamic pricing for The Reformed Expository set is $216, but the 5 vol. upgrade is $99 so it seems like a great bargain $216 for 20 vols. My only concern is how many more volumes for the series to finish without costing an arm and a leg.
I recently purchased the Reformed Expository Commentaries and am very glad that I did. The applications and illustrations are up to date and I find them very helpful in my own sermon preparation. By the way, I own the Preaching the Word series and find that I prefer the Reformed Expository Commentaries slightly more than the PW series. As Paul said, " they are more substantive."
