Program crashes when trying to view the Study Bible quickstart layout

Presumably from the Layouts menu. The snapshot for the current layout didn't complete, so that may be the problem.
Try starting to a blank layout (holding the CTRL key) and upload logs if it still crashes accesing the Quickstart layout.
Thanks for the quick reply. Odd thing is that today it is working fine. Yesterday I tried multiple times, starting in a blank or normal layout, after rebooting, etc. Maybe there was something not working quite right with the cloud?
