Whyndell, i am going to try and ride mine out. It says I have 2.5 hours left. If it goes up from there, then I may shut down.
I like Apples. Especially Honeycrisp.

I have dwnld B9 to my 2nd unit to see if problem repeats itself- so far I do not see any errors on log- but just started indexing.

This is really getting strange- index was at less than 55 mins and then shot all the way back to 8 hours, heres the log- this is on my #2 unit:

Ok had to give up on B9 indexing- stopped indexer and did "rebuild index"- seemed like the only option.

I looked at your logs, and indexing seems to be progressing normally. Interrupting it will just make it take longer.
The estimates of how much time is left are not very accurate, and tend to jump when it finishes the Bible Index and starts the Library Index. (Predictions are difficult, especially about the future.)

Thanks for looking- but since stopping and rebuilding- the indexing is running faster and so far no warning or errors are appearing on the logs.

Took my laptop over 2 hours, and the desktop just under 2 hours, and the laptop fan was running like crazy. This seemed to be the most intense indexing I have seen. I have no data to back this up, but it seemed like it was a high priority process instead of a normal or low priority process.
