What is the best or easiest way to get all my books downloaded to my Android device?

In the desktop app, select all books in the library (ctrl+A), and send them to the device on which you want to have them.
Be aware about the free space you need on your device.

On iOS there is a "download all" button that you can access by scrolling slightly upwards in the library. I strongly encourage you not to do so, and to read my post here first: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/145515/909367.aspx#909367

On Android - this button is only available if you have 50 or fewer resources selected to download.

Just making it a bit more explicit: open the information pane in the desktop version of Logos, select all the resources, then go to devices in the information pane and select the one you want to send to.
