Bug: Courses Tool Fails to Finalise on Web App

I have:

  • worked through a course on the web app: Creation by Graham Criddle
  • all the required material
  • read all the required material

However when I click done on the final reading, the course closes and returns me to the courses tool 'home page' with the course still sitting in the started section waiting to be completed.

However when I look at the course tool on the desktop, it shows up as completed.
