Hello, I know this issue has come up before but I cant seem to find a simple (un technical) solution.  I have an Android, and when reading a book, the place I left off seems to sync fine to my desktop, however, none of the notes or highlights I add on my phone seem to show up on my desktop.  Any help would be welcomed.

Hey Michael! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. When syncing from the mobile app, you want to ensure you're giving ample time for the notes to upload to our servers. It looks like you have quite the collection of documents on your account, so this process can actually take up to 15 minutes or more to finish.

You can force a sync on Android by closing and re-opening the app ( a full close, not simply putting it in the background). After doing so, you'll want to leave the app open with a stable internet connection for 15~ minutes. Don't let the device go to sleep (screen turn off) during this time as the sync will stop.

You can check your documents to see if they've synced correctly at https://documents.logos.com. Once you find your updated ones there, you can expect to see them on your desktop system once it's fully synced as well.

I'm having the same issues with highlighting on my books. I've read and highlighted an entire chapter of Satans Device, waited 8 hrs and nothing is syncing to my mobile devices. This has been an ongoing issue and I recommend this to friends and family but the apps are becoming less and less appealing with the amount of issues that occu. Please help.

I have 111 documents listed on the documents page you linked there.  How do I sync them?  My desktop app has been closed and synced several times and there are things showing there from a while back.  The highlights are still not showing on my desktop, only the place where I stopped reading.  Seems to me if it can sync where I left off reading, it should be able to sync my highlights too.

Michael S., did you ever get a reply to this post?

I am having the same issue where highlights I make in the Logos Bible app on my Android device show up in my documents.logos.com list, but they do not get synced to my desktop Logos Bible Software.

My desktop Logos Bible Software gives me "Synchronization is enabled, and all items are up to date," but that is not true with respect to highlights.

    Thank you for any assistance.

    David

I would also like to know if you received a response.  I've been using the Logos Web App and none of my notes or highlights seem to sync to the desktop version.  A bit frustrating.
