Web app issue - iPad mini

Has anyone tried using the web app on an ipad mini? I can't access it when using Safari or Chrome. When I get to the log in page, I am not able to click the 'Sign In' icon in order to log in. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that the mini's are only updated to iOS 9.3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome to the forums, Kelly.

Yes, I ran into that earlier. I've a 9.3.5 and you don't get a sign in ... only an icon.

I tricked it, and signed thru the forum (same cookie). It then knows me ... my avatar. It just doesn't know how to find my library.

Also, with my stolen cookie, it gets stuck half-way thru the load. If you stop the load, it doesn't know what to do, after the page display.

I switched to my iPod, latest iOS. There, you can log in, get a library, etc. But (for me) pretty buggy. Maybe I go to strange places in the app.

So. I 'm not Logos. Maybe if you edit your title, and put 'Bug:' in the header.

    Thanks Denise!

Not sure how to edit the title though.

My fault ... on your post you wish to edit, there's a menu on the right; the second entry is 'Edit'. I think edits are allowed for 24 hrs. But I suspect in this case (beta app, new customers, etc) they'll see it anyway ... bug catches their eye.

    Again, welcome.

Hey thanks Denise.  It's not allowing me to edit my original post from last night.  I see where I can edit the post I made this morning but not the original.  No worries though.  Hopefully someone will see it.

I'm having the same issue and would love to see a resolution. Should a new thread be started? Or just hoping for the best?

I had this problem with my iPhone and updated it - that solved the problem immediately.  Since my mini won't update, that's does not seem to be the answer for me/us.
