Android "info" feature not working
When I highlight a word and select "info" my app is no longer providing the language info for that particular word. The app only produces the english word, along with the link options of 'search' and 'Bible word study.' There is no Greek/Hebrew info. Then selecting 'Bible Word Study' produces all of the Greek/Heb words for that English word. I can find no setting to change. I recently changed phones to an LG G6, and believe that is when the issue began. Any suggestions?

Hi Eric - and welcome to the forums
I don't see this issue on my Samsung Galaxy phone so it may well be device-specific.
What version of Android software are you running?
Which resource are you trying this in? And do you see the same behaviour in all resources?

For clarification: This is the expected behavior if 1) offline or 2) if using a resource without a reverse interlinear. Can you verify that neither are the case?

If offline I don't think you get the BWS option at all so I doubt if that is the problem.

Thanks for the help. Turns out that 'info' works with ESV and NIV, but not with NASB95 that I had been using.

Can you verify that you own (or have access) to the NASB RI? Also, is the resource downloaded? What happens if you delete the resource and use it from the cloud?

I went to remove NASB from my device and there was a button for "Update" next to the the remove option. Ran the update and now it is working! Thanks for getting me there! Have fun 'Logosing'!!!
