Not able to log into app.logos.com
Hi, I have Logos Now subscription.
When I go to apps.logos.com, the login button on the top right corner does not do anything at all.
It is the same even when I logged in first through logos.com before going to apps.logos.com.
Am I missing something here?

Ive just tried signing in and it worked fine. I was using Chrome on my iPad.
Which browser on which platform were you using?
Do you have any ad blockers enabled? (Not sure if that is relevant but worth checking)

Thanks Graham for your reply. I can login from my iPhone's safari, but could not do so from my OS X computers from Safari nor Firefox browsers.
Then I installed Chrome and the login button works and I could login as normal.

I'm sorry you are having trouble logging in. I'm not able to reproduce the problem on my mac with safari or firefox.
Does the button transition to saying "Please wait ..." or does it never change?
Could you let me know what version of OSX you are on, and what version of safari and firefox you are using?

I'm having the exact same issue using Win 7 Enterprise and IE 11. At the login page, when I click on 'sign in' nothing happens. There is no 'waiting' prompt or anything else. The app just does not respond. However, in my case it may be because I tried to open the app on my work computer so perhaps there are security settings preventing it from being accessed?

We are working on fixing a problem that prevents sign in from IE 11 and Edge. Until it is fixed you should be able to access the app with another browser, like Chrome.
