Workflow Question

We're now moving to more team involvment with out Sunday Proclaim work. I need to make sure musicians have looked over the songs, and I'd like to give people like liturgusts the ability to see how we've put the liturgy on screen. When working in a group, do people normally encourage the group to look at the Proclaim files in the Faithlife group, or should they install Proclaim on their computers. I'm a little skittish to give everyone full editing ability, is that any granularity to within members of a workgroup? For most people, just seeing what we've done should be sufficient, for a few folks, I'd like to encourage them to edit a bit.
What are your group workflow suggestions? Thanks!

You might want to give editing permissions to the person that does the notices in the Pre-Service loop.
You might want to give editing permissions the worship leader (if that is your style of worship) so that the songs and chorus' are set up the way they want them.
Otherwise musicians and readers don't really need to edit the flow.

Hey Clint! There's a couple ways you can have individuals see the body of a presentation without installing the software.
As long as they are part of the group, they can view the presentations at documents.logos.com. After signing into the page, all they need to do is click on their username in the top-left of the page, and change that to the group in question. From there they can view any presentations that are saved or currently being worked on.
If they have a smart phone or tablet running Android or iOS, they can also view the presentations being worked on using the Proclaim Remote app! This is another great option that also allows them to view the presentations and slides without having to be at a computer.
