I own the Vyrso, but not the Logos. How can I exchange my Vyrso for the Logos version?
Thanks, Dale Heath
It seems it has been originally sold as a Vyrso book and later tagged to be a Logos book. I've seen some (few) that kind of books before. I've owned a Vyrso version of some book and have got the Logos version later for free (having both of them in my library). It may be up to the publisher(?). You can ask more from the customer service.
Hi Dale:
I have seen a number of circumstances in the past where a book first published in Vyrso was migrated to Logos, and the existing owners of the Vyrso edition were upgraded at no cost. I don't know what the criteria were that caused the upgrade in those cases, but I have not noticed the phenomenon in several years.
I'm glad you brought it up, as I didn't realize I have both and just hid the Vyrso.

Most of the time when there are two "editions," this is the case. Here, however, I suspect that FL mistakenly sold the vyrso edition AFTER the other was already available. I have the Logos edition, and the resource info is 2013-10-11T21:02:57Z. In this case, I don't know how FL will handle the situation.
FL handled it in the best possible way, thank you FL!
They have withdrawn the Vyrso version.
