When I drag my Logos window to my second monitor and then select a saved Layout the window reverts to the primary monitor. I want the Logos window to stay on the monitor I put it on.
Logos 7.9 Beta 2 Mac OS 10.12.6
Did you save the layout after you moved the window to the second display? For me, windows open to the location they occupied when I last saved the layout. However, I have never attempted to save a layout with the main Logos window on a secondary display.
UPDATE: Created a new layout with the main Logos window on the secondary display. Closed all windows; the main—now blank—window remained on the secondary display. Quit and restarted Logos. The main window opened on the Secondary display. Opened a saved layout with the main window on the primary display. Opened my test layout. The main window returned to the secondary display where it was initially saved.
In every case, the main Logos window goes to the display where it was when the layout was saved. Recommend that you arrange the windows as you want them and then save the layout. If that does not work. Post back.
BTW—Which version of Logos? Which OS?
You are correct. I went to each of my saved layouts and saved them (update to current snapshot) on the second monitor. Now all my saved layouts stay on the second monitor. That's great. Thank you.
