Strange, where does "Logos" say that?
EDIT: Logos even allows you to conveniently compare the content of various base packages - I selected 8 of the Silver packages:

Thanks for your question! We actually do list what is in the different Base Packages, including those in different traditions, such as Baptist and Lutheran.
You can view the contents of each package here: https://www.logos.com/product/81150/silver
To see other packages, simply click the drop down box and select the tradition you want to view. If you want to view a different level of that tradition (Bronze. Gold, Diamond, etc.), simply select that in the drop down box.
We highlight key items in Base Packages first, but list out the entire contents below that.

Well, it seems there's a training need then in the customer support area. Not only should the support people know how to tell you to compare it, they should be able to do it for you and highlight the key differences for you to enable you to make the right buying choices.

My apologies that the support person told you that. You actually can compare up to 8 Base Packages from any level and family of Base Packages here: https://www.logos.com/compare/libraries#base-package-picker-container.
Click the blue button that says "Select now" and then select up to eight packages to compare.

Daniel, I wish when you are looking at the contents of a package, it doesn't repeat the items ad nauseum. It should list them one time each, as it makes the package seem inflated beyond reality.

Are you suggesting that we remove duplicates or that we do not repeat the items that are in the lower levels of base package (so, if you're on the Gold BP page, anything from Silver and below isn't listed on the page)?
We're working to clean up the BP pages to make them more helpful to you, so any duplicates listed will disappear when we make those fixes.

Yes Daniel,
the first of what you said. For example, if you go to https://www.logos.com/compare/libraries/baptist
and scroll the list, you will see College Press NIV commentaries listed, then as you continue to scroll down, you will see them listed again.
Another issue that needs addressing is if you go to the Logos home page on the web, then choose Store, then choose Baptist, the home page for Baptist shows the Select Works of Benjamin Keach (10 vol) listed in Community Pricing for $35...which is not true any longer- it is outdated information that I reported about a year ago (because I wanted that resource at that advertised price, but was denied).
