Bulletins published unexpectedly

As part of my investigation of using Proclaim I am looking at the use of automatically-generated bulletins.

As you can see from the screenshot below one was created automatically today by Brandon Adent - who isn't a member of the group.

Any insight into what is going on here?

I have some more detailed questions about bulletins but wanted to understand this first.

I should have said that when looking at this yesterday I noted some earlier bulletins published by Scott so I don't think it is tied to a particular account.

i deleted them when tidying up.

Hi Graham,

Sorry for the trouble - there was a misconfiguration on one of our testing groups. We have corrected the error, no more bulletins should be published from that group
