" I am He who Is, and who Will Be" Palestinian Targum in Aramaic

I am looking for the Palestinian Targum in Aramaic for Exodus 3:14-15. I have multiple Targum sources including hard copies of books (including The Bible in Aramaic by Sperber) as well as electronic versions (including both the Logos and the Accordance Targumim collections), Does Logos have this source? I am not able to find it. Or if any of you can point me to any reference that has this in Aramaic, I would be most grateful.

John Wesley Etheridge, referring to the various Targumim (𝔗), explains the translation in the Aramaic paraphrase: “Onkelos leaves the Hebrew untranslated; but the Palestinian Targum attempts a paraphrase: ‘He who spake, and the world was; who spake, and all things were. And He said, This shalt thou say to the sons of Israel, I am He who Is, and who Will Be, hath sent me unto you.’ The Jerusalem Targum has, ‘And the Word of the Lord said to Moshe, He who spake to the world, Be, and it was; and who will speak to it, Be, and it will be. And He said, Thus shalt thou speak to the sons of Israel ..."

I have seen some comments such as, "... a renaissance centered on the question of the nature of the Palestinian Targumim in general, and the Targum Yerushalmi, or Palestinian Targum of the Pentateuch in particular" that make me wonder if the name Palestinian Targum is my problem? But then, in other places, see the original quote above, makes a differentiation between the Jerusalem and Palestinian Targum. Any help would be most welcome.

The naming conventions tend to follow pre-19th vs 20th century. Targum Yerushalmi became Targum Jonathan ben Uzziel, which later became Pseudo-Jonathan (which is pretty wild, but fun). Palestinian Targums currently tend to include Neofiti, the glosses, fragments plus PsJ (in contrast to Onkelos / Babylonian or Eastern).

EDIT: Looking back at your earlier request, you appear to be pulling from Ethridge? If so, his Palestinian at the time is PsJ (the wild one) these days. Neofiti is calmer. But you're still up against translating, dating, and redaction opinions on the whole non-Onkelos group.

Denise, you have been most helpful! I was able to get to the sister scripture in Deuteronomy 32:39, which was wonderful. I still have not found the Exodus one.
