Size Reduction? Logos takes up over 56 GB

[I'm not sure if the "Files" category is the best place for this or not.]

While working on something else, I noticed that the Logos 4 folder in my Library (I'm on a Mac) was the largest folder on my entire computer at a whopping 56.09 GB. Is this necessary or are there things I can delete? I noticed that the biggest folder is my Resource folder (Library > Application Support > Logos 4 > Data > i3dyfnww.dta > Resource Manager > Resources) which contains 39.74 GB. I have 8,028 resources in my library, so I'm assuming that is the reason. But, I wanted to see if there was anything I could clean up without affecting the functionality of Logos? Thanks.

I am aware of only two things...

1) Delete Unlicensed Resources - this removes resources which are no longer licensed.

2) Hiding Books - This lets you remove books from your library for which you are licensed, but do not want to use. For example, as a user of Logos for over 15 years, I have quite a few editions of the Hebrew and Greek text with various tagging options - including editions designed to replace older ones. Using this command lets me hide (and remove) editions I no longer want to use.

For better or worse, Logos 4 and later are designed with the assumption that resource storage space is cheap, and so is not a concern.

If you watch a lot of videos in Logos, the WebCache folder (In the Data folder) gets pretty big. I think you can delete those files if you desire, but you'll have to re-download to rewatch the videos.

If available (free) space is not enough for indexing to complete, one option may be relocating Resources folder. Logos Wiki has => Install in different folder or drive

Personally have a 2011 MacBook Air with 120 GB internal SSD that has 128 GB fast USB 3.0 drive with 79.0 GB Resources folder. Internal SSD has 26.0 GB in Logos 4 folder and 24.9 GB available space.

To free up internal SSD space for Logos indexing, have deleted some Apple applications that were not being used: e.g. Garage Band, iMovie

Which may have some merits to it, however, since Logos performance nearly requires an SSD drive, and those are still quite limited in size, this doesn't really hold (had to free up my 100GB SSD today in order to allow indexing - it basically contains Win 10, Logos, MSOffice and some small tools)
