BUG? location on map

I was certain that when I looked at maps before, the location I was seeking was highlighted. But I put in Jamnia which auto-transfers to Jabneel and ... Okay, I give up ...
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Try typing CTRL-F and then enter the name and see if that works.

M.J.,
As you found out Jamnia (nor Jabneel) show up on the map. But, as an FYI (you might already know this) once you get the map of choice but cannot find the town you can hit the CTRL+F key and type in the name of the location you are trying to find. If it is on the map it will relocate accordingly, then zoom in. It does not, however, highlight the location.

Thanks - I didn't realize that I needed to do another search ... seems like a duplication of effort but it works.

If you had a place that was actually on the map....it should automatically zoom in to that location. In this case, however, Jamnia nor Jabneel (which should be located if it is titled....Logos?) was not on the map....hence the need to do a CTRL+F.

Very interesting. I had entered Jamnia - Logos switched it to Jabneel. Thank you for this tidbit.
