iOS - Filter on Downloaded Resources Only Question

I know this has been answered before, but I am not able to find it.  Running Verbum 5.17.1 on an iPad Pro 12.9 - iOS 11.0.

How can I see/filter on just those resources that are downloaded on the iPad?

  Enter the string "local:" into the Library filter - note the ":" is required
