Note to Logos: Please ship 4.0b well before the Morris Proctor training seminar in Seattle March 16-
I'm going to the seminar, and we're supposed to come with Logos preloaded on our laptops, if we have one (or we can borrow one there if not). Unfortunately I absent-mindedly loaded the 4.0b beta on my laptop, forgetting that I'd need a stable version for the seminar. I would rather not have to uninstall it and install 4.0a from scratch. So I'm hoping...pretty please...that 4.0b is shipped and stable in plenty of time for MP to have that be the version used for the seminar.

Kevin Purcell had the Beta on his laptop when we attended the Henderson, NC seminar, and he had only a few problems, primarily the crash caused by the Library sort that was fixed with B-9.
By March 16 I don't think the Beta will be a problem, even if 4.0b has not been released. You can even have those sitting around you saying, "Why doesn't mine do that?" [H]

[:)] No, no. I'll be OK with 4.0b beta. If they release a 4.0c beta, it'll probably still be very buggy by March 16, so I wouldn't want to be using that anyway.

Some of us would like to have 4.0b before the Camp Logos Seminar in Tampa on March 5th and 6th. Actually a few day before that would be great so we can redo the index before it starts.
