Logos 7 crashes / won't index after changing Logos Now

Hi -

Logos 7 won't index (hangs for hours at 0%) and won't open library, open books, etc. The only change I've done in the past week is ended my subscription to Logos Now, but otherwise everything is the same. I've attached the logs.

I would be so grateful for any help or ideas!

There is no information in the Indexer log, so please enable logging and upload the logs after 15 minutes of 0%

Delete the folder /Users/chrisgarrett/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/9myx6t97.py4/LibraryIndex and restart Logos. Hopefully, indexing will complete but it will take some time.

Thank you Dave. Followed your instructions, but still have spinning beach ball and 0% indexing after several hours.

I then deleted the current installation of Logos and re-installed, but have exactly the same result. Here are the logs from today after an hour of 0% indexing. According to the Logos help files, I tried "rebuild index" but with the perpetual spinning beach ball, it does not actually acknowledge the command.

The logs show problems with Bible Index, so delete the folder /Users/chrisgarrett/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/9myx6t97.py4/BibleIndex and restart Logos. If the indexing problem continues you should contact Customer Services.

Your log is dated 20 September and shows that logging is not enabled. after then. Please re-enable logging and start a new thread for your problem.

Problem solved. I shut down the indexer in the activity monitor, downloaded a fresh version of Logos 7 and reinstalled it. Fired up and indexing like a champ!

Thanks, Jeremiah!! I had the same problem this morning. All I had to do was shut down the indexer in the activity monitor and then restart Logos 7. No need to download a fresh version.
