Mine was immediate for the two main study layouts that I use, in the past when something like this has happened I just deleted that layout. Needless to say, I have no intention of deleting these, or at least not until Logos has responded and then with great whining. I think they need to find Melissa a helper though, the responses are falling farther behind. [;)]

It sure makes it hard to test Mac alpha when it immediately crashes upon loading a layout. Can I get some help from Logos Technical Support?

Just peeked at your logs. Can't see anything obvious from the Logos4.log. Can you reproduce the crash and give us your Console Messages.log.
Also, what resources did you have open and (if possible) what positions?
I know that there was a crash in A13a that we fixed for A14 with Bible Knowledge Commentary and Luke 2:1-7. It could have occurred in other places but that was one place I could reproduce it.

This looks like a crash from documents which were sync'd. We haven't spent much time looking at the DocumentManager code, but I'll file a bug and take a look this week.

Now that I see the stack trace in the Console Messages.log, I don't think we'll have a problem reproducing and tracking this down. I've filed a bug based on the info you provided.

The code where the crash occurred has changed significantly since the time when the problem occurred. Please let us know if you are having the problem anymore after Alpha 19.
