Presentation Subgroups

I'm not sure if this belongs here or in the Faithlife Groups section, but here goes. I'm trying to set up more than one presentation group because it gets cluttered when there are multiple ministries using one group. However, the subgroups under the main team have all said i need to purchase Proclaim. which we have done. the main group still works normally. am i doing something wrong or is this just not possible without purchasing several licenses?

I think that you are correct you can only have one presentation group per licence.

That said I have not come across a 'sub-group' facility so may have missed something there.

Any chance of you posting a screen shot showing the sub-group option?

Hello Phil,

While there are sub-groups on Faithlife for your Church group, it does not currently affect groups inside Proclaim. As of right now, Proclaim licenses can only be tied one group. The addition of sub-group licensing is an idea that's being considered, and may possibly come into play in the future.
