Hebrew keyboard issues

Wondering if someone can help me with my Hebrew keyboard. I normally use the QWERTY keyboard, but this morning when trying to type a patach under a waw, I kept getting an aleph. Normally with the QWERTY keyboard I just press the English letter 'a' to get a patach (and use shift if I need a qamet). I've tried blind typing all over the keyboard to find my patach, but no success.
Any suggestions?

Do you have the Logos Biblical Hebrew keyboard installed or a different one? I just rechecked and patach is still showing up under the waw for me when I hit the "a" key (and qamets for shift-a).

I actually use Windows Hebrew keyboard. I didn't realize Logos had one as well. I would be happy to use Logos', though I would still want to figure out why my QWERTY keyboard isn't working the way I expect it to since I type Hebrew sometimes in other programs than Logos.
Can you provide a link to Logos' keyboard?
