IOS Logos is not downloading on my iPad Mini
I first noticed this problem about three weeks ago.
I select a resource to download onto my iPad, and Logos indicates that it has been downloaded to my ipad. But when I do not have an internet connection, the resource is not available outside of the short selection which was on the screen. If I go to another passage, the resource screen goes blank. So, I'm sitting in church, I try to jump to another passage, and get a blank screen. However, if I tether my iPad to my iPhone, suddenly it can make the jump. Logos is behaving just as it would with a resource which has not been downloaded. What's up?

I have seen this type of problem in the past but not for a long time - what version of the app are you using?
Is this for just one resource or all downloaded resources?
If just one I suggest you "remove" it and then "download" it again and see if that fixes it

I have seen this too. Very often I find that documents don't completely sync (most is there, but a paragraph or 2 is missing). I use an iPad pro, latest model, updated to latest IOS. Logos is also current on my MacBook pro. Sometimes I can go to documents.logos.com and duplicate a sermon and the duplicate will be complete on my iPad, but not always.

Hi Shawn
Yes I have seen that on some occasions - but that is a different issue.
The original report was about Logos resources not user-created documents. Do you have any problem with those?

Hi, Graham. I've already sent this via email, but just to register it here on the page in question.
I uninstalled Logos.
I restarted my iPad.
I reinstalled Logos.
Everything is now working great.
If someone else has this same problem, this worked for me!
All the best to you all!
