Work offline Sign in Bug
When not on line, no option is given to sign in to work offline.

Replicated "Trying to Connect" error for sign-in with 7.11 Beta 1Program Settings Use Internet set to No (along with No Internet connection).
Command Key after launch caused Login to display, which lacked "Work Offline"
Work around on OS X 10.10.5 was connect to Internet to enable online login verification.

Thanks = Use Internet set to No does not prompt for login plus 7.11 Beta 2 launches OK on OS X 10.10.5 without internet connection
FYI: planning upgrade soon to macOS so am freeing up internal SSD space.
