CSB translation - Christian Standard Bible

Hello,

We would love to be able to easily use the Christian Standard Bible (CSB) translation in Bible slides along with the other translations in the system.

What do you think about adding the CSB translation as one of the built-in options? Are any other customers asking for it?

The On-Screen Bibles correlates with the Bibles you own. The Christian Standard Bible is available to use in Proclaim if you have the license for it:

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. With the help of Logos customer service I've learned about purchasing Bible translations and which user accounts should make the purchases, etc.

Here's a little feedback for you guys to consider:

I'm not firmly entrenched in the Logos ecosystem, I just use Proclaim. Our church is part of the group that was grandfathered in with access to many common Bible translations, so this is the first time I've needed to deal with a translation that's not included.

One of the things I like about Proclaim, and which you tout in your marketing, is the whole "unlimited installations included" for users and devices. That really simplifies the pricing and reduces administrative burden. Awesome!

But the Bible translation purchase needs feels like a little bit of bait & switch on the whole "unlimited installations included" thing plus it's an administrative burden. I encourage you guys to look into church-wide licensing options so I can buy a translation one-time for all slide editors in our group for a reasonable fee and not have to hound Larry, Bob and all future editors to get their own copies. Make sense?

Hi Graham,

Thanks for the pointer. I'm glad to see that the developers are looking into group Bible translation licenses. That will help keep Proclaim feeling easy and pleasant to use instead of complex and annoying.
