The Apple Pencil basically operates as a pointing device in the iOS app. You can navigate, scroll, and select and highlight with it. You can't use it to hand write a note, though.

Can you please explain to me how you scroll and highlight with it? When you touch the screen, doesn't it make a mark on the screen? So I am curious as to how you would scroll. And highlighting, I would assume that you just go over the words in a similar way that you would your finger? Thanks!

The FL mobile apps are not enhanced for the Apple Pencil. In light of this, the answer to all of your questions is "just as you would with your finger." In my opinion, using the apple pencil would be more frustrating than helpful, as is.

This is accurate. There is no special interaction with the pencil compared to your finger. I would love for this to change and allow for custom annotation actions (like highlighting) but for now there is nothing special
