New note appears way off screen (and cursor is not in note body)

When I select some text and then add a note, the note "file" panel opens up and the new note is created, but is way at the bottom of the note "file" - off the screen. This is occurring with 4.0b beta 9. I don't recall this happening with beta 8. It's a bit of a pain now, because I have many notes in some of my notes "files" and now each time I add a note I have to (manually) scroll to the bottom and then click in the body of the note before I can start typing.
Any chance L4 can be made to focus the new note (that is, display it on screen, not off screen at the bottom of the page) and place the cursor in the body of the note?

Is no-one else having this issue?
I've rebooted, restarted L4, etc. but the issue persists and is makes adding notes tedious and irritating due to the need to scroll to the bottom each time I add a note. Each time I add a new note, despite having just scrolled to the bottom a few seconds ago to add a previous note, the note window is (automatically) scrolled to the very top, with the newly created note at the very bottom.
Please can someone from Logos confirm whether this behaviour can be reproduced?

This was an issue before but was fixed in 4.0b Beta 7, and I'm not able to reproduce it in Beta 10. If you create a new note, does the same thing occur?
Thanks,

I had the problem in beta 9. I'll test it shortly. Still happens in beta 10.

Is this in a new note file?
