As perhaps discovered in THIS THREAD, the "look up" feature appears to be broken for non-RI resources. It is expected that the Apple dictionary will open. Instead, the "look up" box opens, then closes.
I have reported the issue via "report problem" in addition to this thread.
I wonder if an apple dictionary hasn't been installed on the new version of iOS, and if that might be the problem. I'll research it!
